FIXY Logistics software - Reporting
The program uses a databesses for whole Bulgaria an d Europe, as when different types of reports are generated, the cutomer gets thorough information about the exact location of the object of his interest. The reports are shown in tables /Excel/ and may be flawlessy processed and transferred into other office applications. The reports generated by FIXY are of several types: Waybill: This report provides detailed information about a selected vehicle and driver, as it shows date, time of departure, address of departure, time of arrival, address of arrival, kilomters traveled and estimated fuel consumption in off-duty hours. General waybill: This report provides detailed information about all the vehicles entered in the program, as it shows date, time of depature, address of departure, time of arrival, address of arrival, kilometers traveled and estimated fuel consumption in of-duty hours. General report: This report generates generalized information about all the vehicles and drivers, by summing up the kilometers traveled and the estimated fuel consumption for each of them for a period specified by the user. Report of events: This report analyze an event occured in a specified period for a selected vehicle. In the report shown, there is an example of event with occured FIRE alarm. The reports for other events are analogical and may be requested by the user by different criteria.
